The official language of the Congress is Turkish. Simultaneous interpretation in both English–Turkish and Turkish–English directions will be provided within the scope of the scientific programme.

Invitation Letter
An invitation letter will be sent to participants who have completed their registration, upon request. This invitation letter is intended solely to assist participants in obtaining leave of absence from their affiliated institutions and does not provide any financial support to the participant.

Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance for all registered participants will be made accessible electronically on the congress website as of the final day of the congress.

Abstract Acceptance
All abstracts will be collected via the Online Abstract Submission Module. Abstracts submitted by e-mail will not be accepted. As abstracts will be published exactly as submitted, authors are advised to carefully check for typographical errors before submission.

Badge Policy
Badge checks will be carried out at the congress centre and in all congress-related areas. All participants are required to wear their badges at all times; this is necessary for the smooth conduct of sessions and for security purposes.

A 20% discount on the registration fee will be applied to undergraduate students.

A 10% discount on the registration fee will be applied to members of the Turkish Midwives Association, the TEMAS Breastfeeding and Human Milk Volunteers Association, faculty members of the University of Health Sciences, members of the Turkish Association of Family Physicians, and members of the Social Pediatrics Association.
